"You've gotta be a fuckin' fool!" Ken laughed. He snatched the dishrag from her hands. How long as it been since you attended a church service? Do you really expect God to hear you now after you've constantly ignored him?"
"God is a loving God, a forgiving God. He hears my cries." Shantel looked Ken in the eye. Her crying had caused her nostrils to practically close.
"Yeah, sure He does," he said, smirking. "One thing I do know; God hears what He wants to hear. He sure as hell didn't hear my cries when I begged Him to stop dear old Uncle Turd from fucking me in the ass. Three years that nigger fucked me," he spoke in a frenzy. "That fucker took three years of my childhood...he just...took it!" Spittle was forming in the corners of his mouth. "My manhood was destroyed in those three years! Destroyed! But I got it back...all back, when I killed my first bitch. Yeah, she was a fuckin' bitch, just like you!" Ken confessed yet another murder.
Oh, my God! Shantel had almost cried out. Horrified, she realized that Ken was really sick. Deranged. All this time, he had been killing women! But why just women? Shantel tried desperately to understand. Did he see each of these women as his mother, who had failed to see what his uncle had been doing to him?
